Chardonnay:
Chardonnay is known for its buttery-smooth taste. It envelops your mouth in creaminess while still maintaining a rich citrus tone. Given Chardonnayโs velvety mouthfeel, thereโs no dish that pairs quite as heavenly as creamy, rich chicken dishes like fettuccini alfredo or chicken pot pie.
This Chardonnay exhibits the signature characters of the Yarra Valley; a nose that is intensely floral with lifted citrus, citrus blossom, lemon zest and sea spray. The palate is equally intense with a focused core of lemon and lime and grapefruit.
Semillon Sauvignon Blanc:
The citrus overtones of Semillon Sauvignon Blanc will energize the lemony take on chicken dishes with lemon, garlic or herbs. Sauvignon Blanc is light enough not to overpower a delicate herbal rub on chicken, and its crisp finish will keep your chicken tasting fresh.
A fresh tasting, zesty wine with guava and citrus flavour and a clean crisp finish. Served chilled and enjoy with tiger prawns and satay chicken fresh off the grill.
