Summer Wine Pairings with Estate Range Sauvignon Blanc, alongside a flavourful Grilled Chicken Salad

Whether it is cool or warm outside, we promise that this delightful pairing will ensure you’re content and happy! Our Estate Range Sauvignon Blanc, alongside a flavourful Grilled Chicken Salad, is not only a delicious pairing but makes for a quick and easy mid-week dinner treat. 

To get the most out of this pairing, simply follow this recipe we have prepared for you: 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

  2. In a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of fine salt, and Β½ a teaspoon of fine pepper to create a marinade.

  3. Place 2 skinless chicken breasts in a shallow dish and evenly coat them with the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  4. Grill the chicken breasts for 6-8 minutes on each side or until completely cooked through. Remove from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing.

  5. In a large bowl, combine mixed salad greens, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumber, red onion, avocado, and crumbled feta cheese.

  6. Drizzle with a balsamic dressing and toss gently to combine.

  7. Slice the grilled chicken breasts and arrange them on top of the salad.
